Running along the barren wasteland as quick as lightning, the vice-captain of Squad 13 barely made any tracks along the sandy stretch of land and finally stopped when she got to what she thought was the middle of the area.
Panting softly, the woman's eyes glanced around quickly "Damnit.. where are you..?"
She wanted to rematch him. Fair and square. No handicaps. No friends for help. Just the skill of two warriors having it out.
The thought sent a shiver down Sato's spine and along her skin. She loved to fight.
She tood still and looked around, deciding to pause here a moment before continuing her search.
As the wind blew, her hand went up and held the beautiful flower she recieved from Xeon in place so it wouldn't fly away.

Sato's eyes went wide as the scream ripped around Paradise. She glanced around, hoping to sense which direction it came from "Damnit.. Was that a kaibutsu.. or.. human..?"
She moved ever so slightly, wanting ot find the source of the noise, but.. she didn't quite know what she'd get herself into..

Approaching, rather fast, from the distance was Nathifa, slowly to a stop once she neared Sato and blinked, eyes wide "Y.. You're not hurt? Then.. what the hell was that scream..?"
Sato glanced over her shoulder and smiled at Nathifa's presense and stood slowly, dusting herself off, smile fading just as quickly as it came "Not sure.. but it seems.. I have to break a promise. Let's go find out the source and once we've found it, head back to the fortress.. It may be our only good chance at a scout.."
The Quincy girl nodded firmly and suddenly, the Quincy and shinigami ViceCaptain dissappeared as they ran towards an omnious looking castle in the far distance.
